Elaine’s Loom and the Case of the Missing Wallet

Elaine bought a new eight harness weaving loom last month to use at the house. I would mention the brand of loom, but these stories are not to promote loom companies. ALTHOUGH, if you want to know what kind of loom it is, you can inquire at YOUR DAILY FIBER. Ask for Elaine or Ivy. You could ask for Monner but Ivy will probably say, “Why would you need to talk to him? Do you need him to carry something to your car?” Back to the loom. I know, I know. I didn’t write last week. As a matter of fact, I tried to write and I started writing a couple times. Last Sunday sitting in a motel room in Jackson, Wyoming, I just couldn’t get focused enough to actually write something. That shouldn’t surprise anyone. Just another Wild West Knitting Retreat

It’s Labor day weekend. I’m really looking forward to having an extra day off. Well, I’m looking forward to an extra day off, but I won’t actually get one. Our 3rd Annual Wild West Knitting Retreat is taking place this Labor Day weekend. I usually am not invited to or involved in the retreat, but this year was different. I was invited to the retreat. I had a job and everything. I’ll tell you how the retreat works and what my job is. On the first day, the retreaters (is that a word?) meet at the Your Daily Fiber store.
