WOW! That’s a long time…

34 years. Elaine and I were married August 13, 1977. We were a couple of kids with no idea where life was about to take us.

Thirty-four years ago we were living in a 600 square foot apartment. The closest we came to llamas, alpacas and yaks would have been at a zoo. Elaine was studying to teach art in high school. I was pounding nails. Life was good. For the most part, it just got better.

What a ride it’s been. I was lucky enough to marry my best friend, my soul mate, and the love of my life. The past thirty-four years have been filled with the highest highs and a few of the lowest lows. We have shared the greatest times and times that should have not been experienced by anyone. The love we have has never wavered. I am the luckiest man in the world who happens to be married to the strongest woman in the world.

Hey Elaine, let’s make it another thirty-four years. We have a new batch of kids. We’ve started a new life with this store thing. Let’s see what happens in the next thirty-four years. I promise, I won’t stop loving you.

Looking forward to……

Our crazy lives!

Monner
