It wasn't the best of weeks. I had an issue with my watch, which was supposed to be a "smart" watch. I washed it. Not on purpose, more by accident. I left it in a pocket and stuck it in the washer. It didn't survive. It came out of my' pockets in two pieces. Don't you think if it were truly a "smart' watch it would have stopped me from putting it in the washer?
I helped Boy Twin start his motorcycle this past week. The battery was dead, and it would not start. I own a portable charger /that I loaned him to start his bike. He insisted that when he was finished with the charger that I take it home. I insisted that he keep it for the week in case he needed it. Elaine was going to knit with friends in town. I had driven her car and evidentially left the key on. It was no big deal i would start her car with my portable battery charger. "Oh, (construction language)! My charger is at Boy Twin's. Guess who had to take Elaine to knit with her friends. You're right it was me. I picked up my battery charger while she was at knitting.
It is the twin's birthday. I asked them if there was something special they wanted to do for their birthday. One Twin told me that there is no need to celebrate birthdays after your 21st. The other twin was going to have a party at their house. I say their because they live together with three or four other kids. Even more astonishing, they live in a house one hundred yards from the house I spent my childhood in.
I'm not feeling too chatty this morning so,
God Bless, Love ya, keep your watch out of the washer
